I would think it an intriguing venture to pair the sexy imagery with STDs. Opposed to the mainstream cultural representations, your twist is actually quite Biblically sound. Proverbs 5 warns of loose women. Granted, not every sexy woman is loose nor will have STD's. It's a silly rant to say 'I can't buy these for my children now because of your artistic interpretations so TONE IT DOWN.' In all truth, it would have been legitimate to include a partner with the woman, alluding to the act that spreads the disease. The game is an excellent teaching tool meant for an older group. If children were to play the card game, there is a wide open arena for excellent moral discussion. Even if no one were to have a discussion, it isn't mindless pornography; it's real life. People are so afraid of teaching about sexuality. These are the children who are bound to learn their sexuality from the wrong sources and potentially be more open to STDs. Always will be critics. And interaction is not the word I'm looking for. -.- But you get the point. If you showed a conservatively dressed guy as opposed to a sultry dressed female, we'd miss the entire point. This way we get the point, even if not the specifics. All media that have entertainment value have sensuality overtones. Even walt disney movies have this, and all modern video games use sensuality to some degree for their goals; even Red Alert 3 had that Russian dame in the black leather.
